Prohibited Conduct

Account Security

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. jeta88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to the jeta88 wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jeta88 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jeta88 targets a withdrawal processing time of one to 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. jeta88 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days where additional verification is required or where the transaction triggers an internal review.

Players will receive a 30-day advance notice before dormancy fees are applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jeta88 are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only. New player welcome bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

- Bonus funds cannot be used for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a player requests a withdrawal before the relevant wagering requirement is met, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
Sports Betting Rules
All bets are subject to acceptance by jeta88. A bet is only confirmed once the player receives an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from the account balance. jeta88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error has led to incorrect odds being displayed.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the required minimum play criteria are met, jeta88 reserves the right to void all bets relating to that event and return stakes to player accounts. Cricket matches are subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable; jeta88's cricket betting rules follow ICC match officiating decisions as final.
jeta88 applies maximum single-event payout limits which vary by sport, market type, and bet category. Current maximum payout limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section accessible from the jeta88 platform. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a given market will be capped at the stated limit, regardless of the stated odds at the time the bet was placed.
jeta88 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were published significantly below or above the true market price as a result of a technical or human error. jeta88 will not use this clause to void bets merely because the outcome of the event was unfavourable to the house where the odds were correctly published.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
All content on the jeta88 platform, including but not limited to the jeta88 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, marketing materials, and promotional content, is the exclusive intellectual property of jeta88 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeta88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
